SASWITCH
Any ATM that is not an FNB ATM, reflecting the gold and black Saswitch sign.
REPORTING PROCESS
The process that is followed to resolve an issue.
TRANSACTION
A debit or credit processed through your account.
FRAUD
Unlawful and intentional misrepresentation which causes actual or potential prejudice to another.
DISPUTES
Disputes are not fraudulent by nature but are a disagreement between a customer, a service provider or supplier of goods purchased and the bank. In dispute cases a customer has consented to a transaction taking place, they are not victims of fraud.
