DebiCheck

OVERVIEW

DebiCheck is a type of debit order mandate that is confirmed by the client with the bank, electronically and on a once-off basis (at the start of a new contract, or when information regarding debit order details changes), before the creditor can process monthly debit orders.
DebiCheck collections are also processed in the early processing window, meaning that DebiCheck collections are prioritised over EFT collections.


THIS SERVICE ALLOWS YOU TO:

  • Initiate a mandate request for the debtor to accept (authenticate) so that a collection to the debtors account can be processed
  • Initiate an amendment to a registered mandate
  • Request the cancellation of an active mandate and/or a mandate awaiting activation and/or a mandate amendment that is in progress
  • Receive a mandate acceptance report that will inform you of the acceptance, rejection or expiry of the mandate registration request
  • Receive a mandate status report that will inform you of the outcome of the Bank validations
  • Process the collection of funds from the debtor's to the creditor's Bank account

Global Recipients' Push Message gives you the ability to receive a global list of public recipients' banking details with their related branch, account number and account type information.

  • Receive, every 5th day of the month, a list of global public recipients' information which includes the public recipient's unique identifier, recipient name and branch code.

Transaction Code Push Message gives you the ability to receive a list of internal transaction codes that are displayed on a bank statement, so that one can identify the type of transaction being reported.
